Vendor Manager (w/m/d)

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vendor Manager / Vendor Business Consultant (m/f/d) who is passionate about advising and optimizing suppliers to ensure the success of our customers.
If you are an expert in supplier management and enjoy identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, then you are exactly what we need. You are an analytical thinker who likes to take responsibility and work in a dynamic environment where technical know-how and strategic thinking are required.
Your responsibilities include:

  • You actively advise suppliers for our customers to optimize their business processes.
  • You support the identification of improvement opportunities in technical integration and optimize content.
  • You develop and coordinate development measures both internally and externally to ensure continuous improvements.
  • You conduct regular meetings with suppliers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • You moderate and support suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • You consolidate supplier-specific feedback and pass it on to relevant internal teams.
  • You participate in supplier events to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Your profile

  • You have business administration knowledge to understand the needs of our suppliers and customers.
  • You have extensive experience in supplier support and management.
  • You have technical understanding to meet the requirements of technical integration.
  • You have an economic and financial understanding to comprehend markets, dynamics, and suppliers.
  • You have a confident demeanor and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner to manage projects effectively.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools.
  • You speak fluent German and English, both written and spoken, and are willing to travel.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
