Ihre Zuständigkeitsbereiche:

• Erstellung von Zwischenberichten, Echtzeit-Analysen und Prognosen für das Treasury Management, Cashflow und den kurz- bis langfristigen Kapitalbedarf
• Erstellung von Budget- und Finanzprognosen sowie Meldung von Abweichungen
• Analyse der Kostenstruktur von Abteilungen und Produkten, um daraus Handlungsempfehlungen zur Kostenoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung abzuleiten
• Begleitung und Koordination der Kernprozesse der Buchhaltung einschließlichErstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Steuerabschlussprüfungen für die deutsche und britische Gesellschaft unter Berücksichtigung geltender Vorgaben des HGB und IFRS
• Debitoren, Kreditoren und Banken
• Haupt- und Nebenbuch
• Testnoten- und Stammdatenmanagement
• Koordination von Lager- und Testnoteninventuren

• Optimierung von Systemen und Prozeduren und Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von Meldepflichten und Steuererklärungen (u. a. USt.-VA und ZM-Meldungen) für die deutsche und britische Gesellschaft
• Konsolidierungsarbeiten der europäischen Gesellschaften
• Intercompany Abstimmung und Reporting an das japanische Headquarter
• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Banken für die deutsche und britische Gesellschaft
• Einhaltung interner Prozesse und J-SOX-Vorschriften sowie Begleitung von internen Audits und Prüfungen

Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder über eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
• Sie weisen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Finanzen sowie über Erfahrung als Finanzcontroller vor
• Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft
• Sie verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse im Bilanzieren und Rechnungslegungsverfahren nach HGB und IFRS
• Sie sind erfahren in der Erstellung von Finanzberichten
• Sie sind erfahren im Umgang mit der Hauptbuchhaltung und Abschlussprozessen zum den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresende
• Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Suiten, ERP-Systemen, Buchhaltungssoftware und Datenbanken
• Sie sind in der Lage, große Datenmengen zu verarbeiten
• Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sie zeichnet eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität aus
• Sie sind führungsstark, belastbar und integer

Your areas of responsibility:

• Preparing interim reports, real-time analyses and forecasts for treasury management, cash flow and short to long-term capital requirements
• Preparing financial forecasts and budget forecasts as well as reporting of deviations
• Analysing the cost structure of the departments and the products in order to derive recommendations for action to optimise costs and increase efficiency
• Supporting and coordinating the core accounting processes includingPreparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Tax audits for the German and the UK company by considerung the HGB and IFRS requirements
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable and banks
• General ledger and sub-ledger
• Management of test notes and master data
• Coordinating the inventories of the warehouse and the test notes

• Optimisaing systems and procedures and initiation of corrective actions
• Preparing reporting obligations and tax returns (including VAT and tax returns) for the German and the UK company
• Consolidation work for the European companies
• Intercompany reconciliation and reporting to the Japanese headquarters
• Cooperating trustfully with auditors, tax advisors and banks for the German and the UK companies
• Keeping compliance with internal processes and J-SOX regulations as well as support for internal audits and reviews

Your profile

• You show at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance as well as experience as a financial controller
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a leading position
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of accounting and accounting procedures in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• You are experienced in the preparation of financial reports
• You are experienced in handling general ledger accounting and the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process
• You are well-versed in the use of common office suites, ERP systems, accounting software and databases
• You are able to process large amounts of data
• You have strong analytical thinking skills and show a structured way of working
• You are characterised by strong teamwork and communication skills as well as by high affinity for numbers
• You show strong leadership skills, resilience and integrity
