Tasks

As a Product Manager (Cargo Booking Platform), you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Further development of the central booking platform of Lufthansa Cargo with an IT team of over 50 employees following SAFe
• Strategic development of the product vision of the Cargo Booking Platform
• Gathering and prioritizing requirements from the Digital Sales, Global Sales, Revenue Management, and Pricing departments
• Implementation of innovation, including the use of artificial intelligence
• Continuous improvement of the user experience
• Support in preparing decisions at the LCAG Board level

Requirements

As a Product Manager (Cargo Booking Platform), you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed degree in computer science/business informatics or vocational training in the field of computer science and several years of professional experience
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, DevOps
• Good understanding of technology in the areas of Java, Angular and MS Azure
• Confident appearance, persuasive and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong ability to work in a team and to lead employees
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills; decision-making ability
• Strong flexibility and initiative
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
