Wir sind 50Hertz - einer der vier Übertragungsnetzbetreiber (ÜNB) in Deutschland. Zusammen mit dem belgischen Stromnetzbetreiber Elia (Brüssel) bilden wir die international tätige Elia Group. Bei 50Hertz arbeiten über 1.800 Menschen daran, dass Strom über große Entfernungen jederzeit zuverlässig, verlustarm und optimal gesteuert fließt. Als ÜNB übernehmen wir in gesellschaftlicher, technischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht eine zentrale Moderatorenrolle bei der Verwirklichung der Energiewende. Unser Ziel: Bis zum Jahr 2032 wollen wir 100 Prozent Erneuerbare Energien sicher in Netz und System integrieren.

Define, improve and harmonize processes within the international Group Procurement.

What makes the job interesting: As a Procurement process owner you will be responsible for defining, improving and harmonizing processes. You will work in an international environment since the team is located partly in Brussels and in Berlin. As the interface to the Product organization you define the specifications and requirements for the Procurement department.

Your responsibilities:
Process definition of procurement linked processes and delivering of business needs,
Identifying new procurement development opportunities in the field of automated tool landscape and shaping a positive innovation culture,
Managing the implementation and change of procurement systems and the digital transformation,
Centralize and prioritize optimization requests/opportunities from business and procurement,
Documentation and reporting,
Establish and maintain compliance and governance (Master data, Procurement guidelines, etc.).

Your profile

Degree in the studies in a commercial field, e.g. business administration, economics, industrial engineering,
Fluent in German and professional knowledge of English,
Empathy enables you to build trust with diverse stakeholders within procurement, as well as to project and product organization,
Analytical skills empowers you to achieve results efficiently,
Hands-on-mentality attitude, acting constructively and creatively to achieve desired results,
Communication skills are impeccable, allowing you to convey messages effectively, gather crucial information, persuade stakeholders, and ask the right questions,
Process and tool-minded, capable of prioritization, and have strong project- and change management affinity.

A plus, but not a must:

Experienced with SAP and Ariba environments and strong digital proficiency.
