• Du hast den Überblick im Office und erleichterst dem Management der Business-DNA Solutions den Arbeitsalltag in dem Du sie bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben unterstützt
• Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld und wirkst von Anfang an unterstützend an Projekten mit und hilfst bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen
• Du leitest Projekte eigenverantwortlich und gestaltest die Arbeitsweise des Unternehmens mit
• Du unterstützt den Ablauf des Billing Managements
• Du pflegst den Kundestamm im CRM und erstellst ad hoc Auswertungen aus dem System
• Du unterstütz bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen
• Du triffst Abklärung für das Management innerhalb und ausserhalb der F24 Gruppe

Du

• Idealerweise verfügst Du über einen kaufmännischen Abschluss und befindest Dich in der BM 2 oder in einem Hochschulstudium und möchtest neben deinem Studium einem sinnstiftenden und spannendem Job in einem weltweittätigem Software-Unternehmen nachgehen
• Dich interessieren die vielseitigen Administrationsthemen eines international tätigen Unternehmens und Du siehst deine Stärken in der Organisation und Koordination von verschiedenen Herausforderungen
• Du verständigst dich mühelos auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist geübt im Umgang mit MS Office Programmen

• You have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English and are proficient in using MS Office Programmes
