Tasks

  • Contributing to the introduction and implementation of the SRM processes, KPIs and tools within the defined framework
  • Conception of the supplier-specific SRM framework
  • Active supplier management for selected suppliers in cooperation with vendor management
  • Commercial and contractual supplier management of all managed IT contracts incl. extensions/renewals and Change Request Management
  • Performance/KPI measurements of IT contracts and active claim management in case of contract breaches
  • Identification and use of optimization potentials and innovations
  • All commercial aspects (e.g. Change Request Management and external obligations)
  • Contractual & legal aspects (Contract- & Claim-Management - incl. Contract Extensions) together with Corporate Legal and Claim Management
  • Ensuring strategic and operative IT Requirements through the "supply base" (strategic Suppliers)
  • Performance Monitoring, Ensure usage of Supplier-Innovation
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in IT procurement, Vendor Management or related function
  • Very good knowledge of IT contracts, terms and regulations, legal aspects etc.
  • Good IT knowledge and overview about current IT technologies
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - min C1
  • Good command in German (written and spoken) - min B2
  • Very good command of MS office and Windows applications
  • Very good command of Procurement related tools
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong co-operation skills
  • Highly independent
  • Customer-oriented
  • Fast learner
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge and interests
  • CV/Resume required
  • Must possess permit to work in Poland
