HR Consultant (m/f/diverse)

Tasks

As HR Consultant (m/f/diverse), your area of responsibility includes proactive consulting & support of specialist departments in all HR topics as the first point of contact for managers & representative (m/f/diverse) of the HR department with decision-making authority.

In detail:

  • Advising the divisions on all HR topics, deriving HR measures & independent implementation
  • Advising the manager (m/f/diverse) on all employment law issues, on the effects of organizational changes & general personnel issues
  • Supporting the manager (m/f/diverse) in fulfilling their management responsibilities & ensuring compliance with & implementation of HR policy principles
  • Negotiating contractual terms and conditions, e.g. for joining, changing & leaving, advising on employee remuneration/development
  • Providing initial advice on filling vacancies, ensuring the recruitment & onboarding process
  • Conducting difficult discussions & disciplinary measures, advising the department in conflict situations

Requirements

In addition to a degree or comparable international qualification, you will have the following qualifications:

  • Many years of experience and expertise in personnel management
  • Knowledge in the field of German labor & social law
  • Good knowledge of business administration
  • Very good MS Office and SAP H/R3 user knowledge
  • Knowledge of specific collective agreements, works agreements & regulations of the LH Group & / or LH Systems is an advantage
  • High social competence & ability to integrate
  • Very high level of commitment & initiative, very high resilience and flexibility
  • High willingness to take on responsibility
  • Confidence in appearance, very good communication skills, as well as strong service & customer orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
