Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung des konzernweiten Beteiligungscontrollings sowie des operativen Controllings der Unternehmensgruppe
- Aktiver Ausbau eines der Unternehmensgröße angepassten Berichtswesens sowie der zugehörigen Corporate Controlling Strukturen
- Erstellung von Budgetplanungen und Forecasts der Einzelgesellschaften sowie des Konzerns nach HGB und IFRS in Zusammenarbeit mit den Budgetverantwortlichen
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Statusberichten, Ad-Hoc- und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Überwachung steuerungsrelevanter Kennzahlen
- Eigenständige Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Leitungsebenen, Kostenstellenverantwortlichen sowie dem Rechnungswesen
- Weiterentwicklung sowie Implementierung von transparenten und qualitativen Konzepten und Analyseinstrumenten zur Vereinheitlichung des Corporate Controllings
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung jeglicher Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Kontrollprozesse der Unternehmensgruppe
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs-, Wirtschafts- oder Immobilienwirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Controlling oder Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Corporate Controlling, idealerweise im Immobilien- oder Fondsumfeld
- Proaktivität, Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten
- Souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten in Verbindung mit außerordentlichen Koordinations- und Steuerungskompetenzen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insb. MS Excel, idealerweise Kenntnisse in LucaNet
- Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität
- Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Your mission
- Responsible for the group-wide corporate controlling as well as the operational controlling of the group of companies
- Proactive development of a reporting system adapted to the size of the company and the associated corporate controlling structures
- Preparation of budget planning and forecasts for the individual companies and the group in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in collaboration with the persons responsible for the budget
- Creation and evaluation of status reports, ad hoc and variance analyses and monitoring of key performance indicators of relevance to management
- Communicate independently with various management levels, cost center managers and the accounting department
- Further development and implementation of transparent and qualitative concepts and analysis tools to standardize corporate controlling
- Continuous optimization of all planning, management and control processes of the corporate group
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, economics or real estate management, ideally with a focus on accounting, controlling or finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally in the real estate or fund environment
- Proactivity, strong affinity for numbers and outstanding analytical skills
- Confident and communicative manner combined with exceptional coordination and management skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel, ideally familiar with LucaNet
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
