You will be part of the Account Management & Customer Support Team , where we work closely with international customers and global teams to ensure seamless coordination, efficient processes, and a high level of customer satisfaction

Support (Key) Account Managers in managing international customer accounts
Prepare and follow up on status reports and customer inquiries
Prepare and participate in customer meetings
Assist in the coordination and evaluation of repair orders
Contribute to the preparation of analyses, presentations, and customer-related documentation
Maintain and analyze data across various internal systems
Track open topics and support cross-functional communication with Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations
Assist with market and competitor analyses as well as sales-related activities

You are currently enrolled in at least the third semester of a business- or engineering-related degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management)
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and a high level of initiative
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in international teams
Interest in the aviation industry and technical products
