- Vereinsübergreifende und neutrale leistungssportliche Betreuung nach den Konzeptionen des SKV, LSB Sachsen und DKV.
- Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Training und Lehrgängen im Anschluss- und Hochleistungstraining im Rahmen des Zuständigkeitsbereichs des SKV.
- Betreuung von Landesauswahlmannschaften sowie Trainings- und Wettkampfbetreuung von Junioren- und U23-Kadern im Rahmen der Zuständigkeit des SKV am Stützpunkt und bei nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Vereinen, Verbänden, Schulen, Sportlehrkräften und allen am Ausbildungsprozess Beteiligten; bei Bedarf Mitwirkung am Profilsportunterricht der Leipziger Sportschulen.
- Mitwirkung bei Talentsichtung, -förderung, -lenkung und Aufnahmeverfahren an den Eliteschulen des Sports in Leipzig.
- Weiterentwicklung des Nachwuchstrainings und Mitwirkung bei Trainerfortbildungen.
- Organisatorische, dokumentarische und administrative Aufgaben im Trainings- und Wettkampfbetrieb.Anforderungen
- Sportwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss, Diplomtrainerabschluss oder einschlägige Trainerberufsqualifikation nach DOSB-Kriterien oder Trainer-A-Lizenz Kanu-Rennsport.
- Mehrjährige Trainererfahrung im Leistungssport und sportwissenschaftliche Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
- Pädagogische Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Kenntnisse olympischer Leistungssportstrukturen und Bereitschaft zu Fortbildung, Reisen und Wochenendarbeit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Büro- und Trainingssoftware.
- Führerschein Klasse B; BE, Rettungsschwimmer Silber und Sportbootführerschein von Vorteil.
- Einwandfreies erweitertes Führungszeugnis; Erfahrung mit Athletinnen und Athleten im Hochleistungsbereich von Vorteil.
Anstellung beim SKV; Vergütung nach dem am TV-L orientierten Vergütungssystem des LSB Sachsen. Schwerpunkt Leipzig; zeitweilige Einsätze an weiteren Standorten möglich.

State Training Centre Coach - Canoe Sprint (m/f/d) | Federal and State Training Centre Leipzig
The Saxon Canoe Association (Sächsischer Kanu-Verband e. V., SKV) is seeking a full-time coach (40 hours/week) to start on 1 January 2027 at the Federal and State Canoe Sprint Training Centre in Leipzig.
Responsibilities- Provide performance-focused coaching across clubs, independently and impartially, in line with the development frameworks of SKV, the Saxony State Sports Confederation and the German Canoe Federation.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate training sessions and camps for athletes transitioning to elite performance and in high\u0002performance training, focusing on junior and U23 athletes in national and regional squads.
- Support junior and U23 athletes at national and international competitions and supervise regional representative teams within the role’s remit.
- Collaborate with clubs, federations, schools, teachers and all stakeholders involved in athlete development; contribute to specialist sports lessons at Leipzig sports schools when required.
- Support talent identification, development and progression, including admission processes at Leipzig’s elite sports schools.
- Contribute to junior athlete development programmes and coach education.
- Undertake related organisational, documentation and administrative duties.
- University degree in sports science, certified diploma coach qualification or relevant professional coaching qualification under DOSB criteria, or a Canoe Sprint A-level coaching licence.
- Several years of experience coaching performance athletes and knowledge of sports science desirable.
- Strong educational and interpersonal skills, teamwork, communication, autonomy and accountability.
- Knowledge of Olympic high-performance sport structures and willingness to undertake professional development, travel and weekend work.
- Proficiency in common office and training software.
- Category B driving licence; BE trailer entitlement, silver-level lifesaving qualification and inland boating licence are advantageous.
- Clean enhanced criminal-record certificate; experience coaching elite athletes is advantageous. Employment is with SKV. Remuneration follows the Saxony State Sports Confederation pay framework, which is aligned with the German TV-L public-sector pay scale. Primary workplace: Leipzig; occasional assignments elsewhere may be required.

Entraîneur·euse du centre régional de performance - Course en ligne (canoë-kayak) (h/f/d) |
Centre fédéral et régional de Leipzig
La Fédération saxonne de canoë-kayak (Sächsischer Kanu-Verband e. V., SKV) recrute, à compter du 1er janvier 2027, un·e entraîneur·euse à temps plein (40 heures par semaine) pour le centre fédéral et régional de course en ligne de Leipzig.
- Assurer un encadrement sportif de haut niveau, transversal aux clubs, indépendant et impartial, conformément aux orientations du SKV, de la fédération sportive de Saxe et de la Fédération allemande de canoë-kayak.
- Planifier, conduire et évaluer les entraînements et stages de perfectionnement et de haut niveau, principalement pour les athlètes juniors et U23 des collectifs régionaux et nationaux.
- Accompagner les juniors et U23 lors des compétitions nationales et internationales et encadrer les sélections régionales dans le cadre des compétences confiées.
- Coopérer avec les clubs, fédérations, établissements scolaires, enseignants et autres acteurs de la formation sportive ; participer si nécessaire aux cours sportifs spécialisés des écoles sportives de Leipzig.
- Contribuer à la détection, à la formation et à l’orientation des talents, ainsi qu’aux procédures d’admission dans les écoles de sport d’élite de Leipzig.
- Participer au développement de l’entraînement des jeunes et à la formation continue des entraîneurs.
- Assurer les tâches d’organisation, de suivi documentaire et d’administration liées à l’activité.
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences du sport, diplôme d’entraîneur spécialisé ou qualification professionnelle reconnue selon les critères du DOSB, ou licence d’entraîneur de niveau A en course en ligne.
- Plusieurs années d’expérience dans l’entraînement de compétition et connaissances en sciences du sport souhaitées.
- Compétences pédagogiques et relationnelles, esprit d’équipe, communication, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
- Connaissance des structures du sport olympique de haut niveau et disponibilité pour la formation continue, les déplacements et le travail le week-end.
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques et outils d’entraînement usuels.
- Permis B obligatoire ; permis BE, brevet de sauvetage niveau argent et permis de navigation intérieure appréciés.
- Extrait de casier judiciaire étendu sans inscription pertinente ; expérience avec des athlètes de haut niveau appréciée.
Contrat de travail avec le SKV.
Rémunération selon la grille de la fédération sportive de Saxe, inspirée de la convention
allemande TV-L. Lieu principal : Leipzig ; déplacements ponctuels possibles.
