At Workflow Management, we design international warehouse processes.
Our timestamps help us make process and material control visible to other departments.

You will analyze existing processes and work with us to identify specific optimization measures
You’ll gain practical skills focused on data analysis to improve our transparency and data quality
You’ll work closely with IT, Logistics, and Operations to put your analyses into practice
You’ll create reports and key metrics for the department
You’ll have the opportunity to independently implement your own ideas and projects within the department
You’ll participate in workshops

Ihr Profil

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of college at the time of the internship.

Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment; for a required internship, a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
Analytical thinking, a knack for data, and a structured approach to work
Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
Ideally, initial experience in the fields of logistics, process management, or IT
Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g., for queries and analyses) is a plus
Application of existing skills indata analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, CELONIS) under professional guidance
