Electrical and Functional AIT Engineer (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung- Define and execute electrical and functional tests for optical subsystems and payloads, including the creation and execution of test procedures and assessment of test results
- Define, procure and maintain auxiliary test equipment and tooling, including test harnesses, breakout boxes, electrical adapters and related infrastructure
- Analyze test events and results, identify potential root causes and develop pragmatic solutions while ensuring flight hardware is not inadvertently armed or compromised
- Collaborate with project teams to develop test strategies balancing quality, schedule and cost, including flexibility to work shifts during test campaigns
- Support non-conformance investigations in accordance with company quality standards, including documentation, root-cause analysis and implementation of appropriate corrective measures

Anforderungsprofil- Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics or Technics
- Professional experience in the field of Functional and Electrical AIT for optical sub-systems, Space Standards (ECSS), Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Very good knowledge in using Python and good knowledge in using TCL / CCS5, Elisa/OpenCenter and tools for network architecture management
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Willingness to travel
