Your responsibilities in detail:

Gain practical experience by contributing to the development of the Lufthansa Group’s fleet strategy and supporting key strategic planning
Participate in the analysis and identification of future aircraft requirements
Contribute to the planning, modeling, and evaluation of various fleet scenarios
Conduct market and competitive analyses to monitor trends and developments
Assist in addressing current strategic topics and preparing analyses, reports, and decision-making materials for top management
Participating in regular working sessions, meetings, and workshops, while actively contributing to discussions and decision-making processes
Support the development of recommendations and decision-making frameworks for fleet management and strategic planning initiatives

Ihr Profil

At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
You have a bachelor’s degree in economics (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, aviation management), a STEM field, or a comparable program
You are passionate about aviation and have already studied the field in depth
You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, quick comprehension, and a strong willingness to communicate
