Systems engineering management for a satellite Phase B2/C/D project.
Leveraging existing technologies, concepts and processes to shorten turnover times
Leading a team of highly skilled space enthusiasts
Responsible to manage and coordinate all systems engineering activities throughout the lifecycle of the project including technical baselining, interface management, budget management, requirements management, product definition, integration sequencing
Stakeholders to manage: systems engineering team, customers technical team
Stakeholders to interface with: subsystem engineering teams incl. procurement, project office, project management, product assurance, AIT

Your Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline
Excellent analytical and techncial thinking
Fact-based decision making
More than 5 years experience in leading development teams
Familiar with the development cycle for space programmes according to ECSS
Excellent understanding of complex development processes
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
