Personnel planner (m/f/d) in the railway sector - Germany

As a young and dynamic company in Germany, we are looking for someone to start immediately. Personnel planner (m/f/d) for the location Cologne.

Activities

Responsibility for personnel planning of the company's staff
Creation of deployment plans taking into account legal and internal requirements.
Ensuring efficient and resource-saving personnel deployment planning
Ongoing adaptation and updating of deployment plans
Monitoring compliance with labor law and collective bargaining agreements
Close collaboration with the HR department (recruiting, personnel development)
Analysis of personnel key performance indicators and derivation of optimization measures

Requirements

Completed vocational training (journeyman's examination/Chamber of Industry and Commerce/Chamber of Skilled Crafts qualification, high school diploma, university degree)
Several years of professional experience in personnel planning, ideally in the railway sector
Very good knowledge of labor law frameworks
Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking abilities
High reliability, sense of responsibility and independent working style
Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular office hours (e.g., in case of short-notice changes to the plan)
readiness for further training
Driver's license B
Impeccable reputation
Excellent German, both spoken and written.
Confident handling of MS Office
