Together with your colleagues on the product team, you as a Tech Lead will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing development of our payment card system infrastructure.

The position involves:

Cross-functional collaboration within the IT team and with domain-specific product owners to ensure stable operations and the continuous development of our payment cards based on our loyalty systems and partner banks
Responsibility for technical design and architectural decisions, as well as managing implementation with internal teams and external partners
Resolving technical and business issues within the team and with banking partners and providers
Continuous development of the system architecture and technical processes
Co-product ownership and (partial) project responsibility as needed
Ensuring information security, supporting audits, and resolution of findings

Ihr Profil

A college or university degree, preferably in computer science, business, natural sciences, or engineering
Alternatively, a completed vocational training program in these fields combined with many years of relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in the IT field, particularly in the design, architecture, further development, quality assurance, and operation of payment cards
Experience with agile methods and principles
Programming skills in an object-oriented programming language (ideally Java)
Experience in operating integration technologies, managing IT service providers, and in the area of customer loyalty is a plus
Teamwork and communication skills in the solution-oriented handling of tasks
Very good written and spoken German and English
