Project manager Cabin Upgrade (d/m/w) AIRBUS
We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Project manager Cabin Upgrade (d/m/w). This position will be based in Finkenwerder and involves full-time (35 hours per week) work managing various aspects of cabin upgrade operations under a profit and loss responsibility. As a Cabin Upgrade Business Manager, you will undertake a diverse range of tasks, from budget management to optimizing dashboards, while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Take charge of all business management aspects for the Cabin Upgrade perimeter with its own profit & lost responsibility.
- Develop and manage budgets, including associated risk management, in compliance with legal standards.
- Establish and refine relevant dashboards needed for streamlined perimeter management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to include all business dimensions effectively.
- Contribute actively to team activities and assist with team-specific needs upon request.
To succeed in the Project manager Cabin Upgrade (d/m/w) role, candidates must possess a blend of educational qualifications, relevant experience, and technical skills. This position demands professionally fluent English and familiarity with cutting-edge business and management tools.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics.
- Demonstrate at least two years of experience in interface management, customer service, or project management within the aerospace sector.
- Exhibit solid competencies in data analysis, business management, change management, and risk management.
- Proficient in tools like SAP, Google Workspace, and Skywise (advantageous).
- Showcase strong analytical and technical comprehension accompanied by structured and independent work ethics.

- Command excellent verbal and written fluency in English, with German being an advantageous addition.
