Production Associate (m/f/d)

Standort: Maisach

For our client in Maisach, we are looking for several Production Associates (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts per work instructions
*
Perform functional and visual checks during assembly
*
Support component testing and documentation (traceability, serial tracking)
*
Maintain, safe, clean, and organize work environment
*
Identify process improvements and support team efficiency

Your qualifications:
*
Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on background
*
Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing
*
Familiarity with technical drawings and tools
*
Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail

We offer you:

Attractive pay of €17.10 gross per hour
Currently working in a day shift starting at 6:00 a.m.; transition to a two-shift system planned in the medium term
Fully equipped kitchen available for free use during breaks
