To further strengthen our team in the UK and Germany, we are currently looking for a remote Technical Development Manager Lubricants (m/f/d) based in the United Kingdom or Germany.

Your tasks

You provide technical advice and support tocustomers and Sales colleagues.
Maintaining close technical relationships withsuppliers and external partners is a key part of your role.
In addition, you monitor market trends, technological developments, and competitor activities.
Working closely with Product Management, you provide technical expertise and market intelligence.
You manage and document technical projects and customer activities.
Another important aspect of the role is developing and delivering technical product trainings for internal stakeholders.
You represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events while supporting the resolution of technical product issues.

Your profile

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
Proven technical knowledge and experience within the lubricants industry
A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Highly organised, with excellent planning,prioritisation, and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to undertake occasional business travel across Europe
