Job Description
What you will do
- Manage (own) the agenda and provide collaborative vetting of meeting requests
- Detailed and independent travel management, handling of business and travel claims
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations and file maintenance
- Organize meetings and team meetings
- Managing Market Communication and demo material, organization of events and support during tradeshows
- Support Global Sales Operations with Global Trainings with GoToWebinar-tool and reporting of the trainings
- Support Purchasing, IT and HR functions
- Managing Munich office
What you will need
- Commercial Apprenticeship/ Business Education with focus on Office Management
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years in an international (executive) management assistant role
- Strong, confident and clear communication skills
- High dependability, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
- Pro-active, independently working and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an international and fast-paced environment and knows how to set priorities
- Computer skills - MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems
- Very good knowledge of English and German in reading and writing. Other languages are a bonus
