3+ years of experience in Packaging Engineering in the food industry or related industries
Bachelor or Master in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, Material Science or related field.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, sustainability trends and regulatory requirements
Experience managing packaging projects and improving processes in fast-paced environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Hands-on, structured and analytical working style with the ability to balance innovation, quality and commercial targets
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
