Conduct landscaping and market profiling to develop a clear understanding of professional end-user requirements, as well as product and category trends across professional distribution channels in Europe.
Define product features and specifications required by professional end users for future product launches.
Independently conduct core user research on job sites across key EMEA markets; collect, analyze, consolidate, and report user needs and requirements to support new product development projects.
Manage product launches across the business, with a focus on:

Monitor product stream performance against defined targets.
Collaborate with global product management and engineering teams to deliver the right products for target user groups at the appropriate price points.
Coordinate product marketing activities for central promotional campaigns in collaboration with Sales Units, Brand, Supply Chain, and Commercial Finance to achieve budget targets.
Work with regional sales and marketing teams to deliver the appropriate product ranges for national promotions and key account-specific initiatives.
Partner with the Brand and Communications team to develop launch packages, merchandising, and marketing materials to support product success.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a product or commercial role within the professional power tools industry.
Strong command of the English language; proficiency in an additional European language, particularly German, is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively as required by the business
Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
