Your profile

You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in PR, marketing, or influencer relations, ideally on the agency side.
You are confident in implementing communication strategies and have a deep understanding of the German media landscape and social media platforms.
You have a confident, creative writing style and can convey complex topics concisely and in a way that resonates with your target audience (fluent in German and English).
You have a strong affinity for AI tools (ideally some initial experience with Dust), are skilled at prompting, and understand how LLMs work to make your workflows more efficient.
You are organized, resilient, and able to maintain an overview even when juggling multiple projects.
You already have a strong network of journalists and influencers, or you enjoy actively building one.
You enjoy working in a team, are solution-oriented, and are eager to take responsibility for your projects.

Your tasks

You will be independently responsible for planning and executing 360° communication campaigns and proactively managing your accounts.
You will oversee day-to-day press relations and influencer marketing-from creating distribution lists and pitching topics to coordinating events.
You will conceptualize and produce high-quality editorial content, press releases, newsletters, and briefings.
You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and provide expert advice on achieving their communication goals.
You will keep track of schedules and budgets and document the success of your campaigns through detailed reports.
You will continuously maintain and expand our network of media representatives and creators.
