As Junior 3D Artist (f/m/x), you will support the creation of high-quality visual assets for marketing and communication purposes, contributing to consistent and engaging brand experiences across channels. Your key responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality 3D renderings for digital and print marketing materials
- Supporting the production of simple animations for various communication formats
- Preparing and optimizing 3D models, including CAD data, for efficient rendering workflows
- Adjusting lighting, materials, and compositions to achieve visually compelling results
- Ensuring consistency of all visual outputs with brand guidelines
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate creative concepts into 3D visuals
- Contributing to efficient production workflows through structured and detail-oriented execution
- Performing quality checks and final adjustments to ensure high visual standards across all deliverables
You are a strong match if you combine a solid foundation in 3D design with a keen eye for visual quality and a structured way of working. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Degree or education in 3D design, media design, visual communication or a related field
- Initial professional experience in 3D visualization or a comparable creative role
- Proven hands-on experience with Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and After Effects) - both are essential requirements for this role
- Solid understanding of rendering tools (e.g. Redshift) and core 3D fundamentals (modeling, materials, lighting, rendering)
- Good sense of form, proportion and composition combined with a detail-oriented mindset
- Structured and reliable working style with openness to learn new tools and technologies
- Basic knowledge of animation, Unreal Engine or experience with CAD data is a plus
- Fluent English
