Your future tasks:
- Plan, coordinate, and optimise short‑ and long‑term maintenance schedules for offshore wind assets (turbines, foundations, and substations, above and below water).
- Coordinate maintenance execution with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, site teams, and external contractors to ensure safe, timely preventive and corrective works.
- Prioritise and align maintenance activities based on asset criticality, production impact, safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks early, proactively resolving conflicts or delays in close coordination with offshore site teams.
- Review, validate, and oversee contractor maintenance plans and execution, ensuring compliance with contracts, technical standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Monitor performance and report insights, including maintenance reporting, dashboards, technical issue assessment, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Support contract management and governance, acting as an interface for maintenance topics, audits, claims, non‑compliances, and ensuring complete, traceable documentation.
- University degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience in offshore wind farm operations, ideally within renewable energy
- Strong expertise in Operations & Maintenance, including maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and performance monitoring
- Structured, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Contractual and commercial awareness, with a proactive approach to risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in cross‑functional teams, and very good English (intercultural competence is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office; prior experience with Senvion wind turbines is an advantage
