We are looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (d/m/w) to join the Outstanding Work Single Aisle team in Hamburg. This role is essential for ensuring smooth transitions between production sites and the Final Assembly Line (FAL), working closely with both national and international teams. As a Logistic Specialist, you will handle a wide array of tasks, from material coordination to process optimization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in one of the most exciting industries in Hamburg.
Your tasks will include:
- Handling of outstanding work tasks during section handovers, ensuring seamless transitions between production and FAL.
- Managing work orders and adjusting material requirements within the SAP system.
- Coordinating shipping activities, including transfers, special transports, and disposals.
- Reviewing part availability and supporting material flow in SAP.
- Collaborating with the national and international supply officer team.
- Warehouse management tasks, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Identifying and implementing potential process improvements in logistics operations.
- Documenting and managing quality reports and non-conformities in the SAP system.
This role requires problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics operations within the aviation sector or similar industries and is adept at managing SAP systems. Attention to detail, a structured approach, and excellent communication skills will set you apart.
- A completed vocational training in logistics or similar (e.g., freight forwarding, industrial management).
- 2 years of experience in material procurement or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in SAP, with deep application knowledge.
- Fluency in German (business level) and English (proficient); French is an advantage.
- Experience in process improvement and supply chain optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
