Your future tasks:
- Define and embed a consistent package management strategy, standards, and ways of working across the project portfolio.
- Establish robust delivery governance for cost, schedule, risk, contracts, and performance management across all packages.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Package Managers, driving accountability, capability growth, and operational delivery excellence.
- Oversee supplier and contracting strategies, including complex negotiations, claims management, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Ensure effective coordination of technical and commercial interfaces, actively managing cross‑package dependencies and delivery risks.
- Drive integrated planning, resource allocation, sequencing, and execution readiness in close collaboration with Engineering, Construction & Commissioning, Project Management, and HSE.
- Monitor operational KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, risk), provide consolidated reporting, and embed continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven background in hands-on technical roles within relevant packages (e.g. engineering, installation, commissioning) prior to moving into management.
- Strong commercial and contract management expertise, supported by solid technical understanding of the scope
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Deep, practical understanding of offshore wind packages and their technical interfaces, gained through direct involvement.
- Ability to challenge and guide suppliers and engineering teams based on hands-on technical experience.
- Ability to manage complexity, interfaces, and risk across multiple scopes.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
