What you will do

Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production
Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise
Act as a key interface between Business Groups and production in a cross-functional environment
Ensure alignment of module development topics between projects and the fab
Manage potential conflicts constructively through objective, solution‑oriented communication, particularly in challenging discussions at the interface of development and manufacturing
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, supporting their professional development

What you will need

Master's Degree or PhD in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials
Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology
Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
Very good communication skills
Fluency in German and good level in English
