As Customer Service Manager (d/m/w) at Airbus, you will lead and contribute to key projects in the Transformation & Digital team, critical for business success.   • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects within the department's portfolio.
  • Define, implement, and oversee project team structures through various phases.
  • Ensure comprehensive project planning with solid business case development and milestone delivery.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity management for all assigned projects.
  • Prepare and present decision-making dossiers to Management and leadership.
  • Implement lessons learned to continuously improve processes and simplify workflows.
  • Ensure regular communication with stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and risks.
Voraussetzungen

We are looking for experienced Project Management Professionals with a proven track record in successfully delivering projects in dynamic, collaborative environments. This role in Hamburg Finkenwerder calls for a candidate with strong analytical skills, an ability to self-organize under pressure, and excellent communication capabilities. Solid technical expertise and intercultural competence are essential for success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, International Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in customer service, stakeholder management, and general project management.
  • 2 years of project leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Google Workspace, and Change Management tools.
  • Working knowledge in process management, risk management, and portfolio finance.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary, international teams and manage projects autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel ocasionally as part of project needs.
