- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all channels
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
- Lead and manage key partnerships (Tour Operators, OTAs, GSAs, airline partners)
- Own and close high-impact negotiations and contracts
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize sales processes
- Act as key interface between internal teams and external partners
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
Ihr Profil
- University degree in Business, Aviation, or related field
- Strong experience in airline / travel / B2B commercial environment
- Proven track record in negotiation, contracting, and key account management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with execution focus
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- High level of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
