Your future tasks:
In this role, you will take on a central position within the Talent Attraction function and actively shape how we fill business-critical roles while continuously advancing our recruiting capabilities. You combine operational excellence with a strong strategic mindset and contribute through process expertise, stakeholder management, and market insight.
Solid experience in project-based organizations and in recruiting highly specialized technical profiles is required. Experience in the energy sector is considered an advantage.
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruiting process for complex and business-critical roles - from initial role definition to successful placement, including the selection of appropriate sourcing strategies (direct search, job postings, agencies, or hybrid approaches)
- Provide functional leadership and sparring to the internal recruiter, with a focus on prioritization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of ways of working and recruiting standards
- Manage external recruiting partners (agencies, freelancers) through clear briefings, expectation management, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure efficient and targeted collaboration
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a strategic sparring partner - particularly in defining role requirements, assessing market conditions, and structuring sound decision-making processes
- Further develop and standardize recruiting processes, methods, and quality standards with the goal of establishing scalable and sustainable recruiting excellence
- Select, implement, and continuously optimize a suitable ATS and other recruiting tools to improve transparency, efficiency, and candidate experience
- Build and structure a sustainable, quality-driven talent pool and ensure targeted, prioritized use of active sourcing as a complementary tool based on clearly defined needs
- Define, track, and interpret relevant recruiting KPIs to steer activities, identify risks, and continuously optimize the overall Talent Attraction function
- Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (approx. 7-10 years) in international and project-driven organizations
- Strong understanding of complex role profiles and relevant talent markets, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or engineering environments
- Experience in managing stakeholders across different levels and the ability to operate effectively without formal disciplinary authority
- Proven ability to combine operational execution with strategic development
- Solid knowledge of active sourcing, recruiting channels, and modern tools (including ATS and potentially AI-based solutions)
- Experience working with external partners and in building efficient recruiting structures
- Strong process expertise and a high level of commitment and drive
- Understanding of labor law fundamentals and experience in international recruiting (e.g., relocation, visas)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident presence when interacting with business stakeholders and candidates
- Fluency in German and English
