Senior Communications Manager (f/m/d)

- You have at least 6 years of experience in marketing, PR, or influencer relations on the corporate or agency side.
- You are experienced and confident in account management and self-assured in communications consulting.
- You excel at designing and implementing strategic, holistic, and target-audience-oriented communications initiatives (online and offline).
- You can manage budgets independently. You have a confident and creative writing style. You can quickly draft press releases, editorial content, newsletters, briefings, and client mailings.
- You communicate fluently in both spoken and written German and English.
- You have excellent contacts in the media landscape, with creators, artists, and influencers.
- You have experience in team leadership, enjoy working in a team, and thrive on collaborating with colleagues, interdisciplinary teams, and brand contacts.
- You are enthusiastic, meticulous, and resilient. You are reliable, well-organized, have a positive attitude, and enjoy your work.
- You are creative, open-minded, and enjoy thinking outside the box.
- You are hands-on, seek solutions, and are confident in making your own decisions.

- Independent planning and execution of 360° communication campaigns and account projects
- Project management, including team leadership
- Ongoing communication with your clients
- Operational PR and influencer work: from managing and maintaining media distribution lists and contacts to preparing pitches, developing communication strategies, and creating presentations
- Establishing and expanding lasting relationships with media outlets, creators, artists, and influencers.
- Responsibility for time and budget management for various projects and accounts.
- Creative problem-solving.
