Your Tasks

Monitoring and analyzing political developments in the countries of the Central Northern Europe (CNE) region, including the Baltic States, Romania, Austria, and Poland
Establishing and maintaining contacts with political decision-makers, authorities, and relevant institutions
Contributing to the development of ENERCON's interests at the European level
Translating ENERCON-specific EU interests into national contexts through exchanges with policymakers and associations
Representing ENERCON's interests in political committees and associations
Preparing and supporting political meetings and events
Coordinating and strategically advancing association-related work
Regular coordination of political developments with the Political Affairs, Business Development, and Sales teams

Your Qualifications

Completed university degree in political science, law, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in political communications, association work, or public affairs, as well as in dealing with political stakeholders and associations
Strong knowledge of political processes and structures within the EU
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Strong communication and networking abilities, diplomatic demeanor, strategic thinking, and political intuition
Independent and well-structured working style, as well as strong teamwork skills
Willingness to travel regularly
