Work directly with the Founder & CEO. Build what’s next for gitti.

This is not a classic Chief of Staff role.

This is not a role for someone who wants to observe. It’s for someone who wants to take ownership, make decisions and build. You will operate at the intersection of brand, product and performance - helping us build and scale a new category where nail care meets skincare.

This role is not just about driving execution, but about shaping how we grow: through strong product narratives, clear positioning and a scalable, commercially sound model.

What you’ll do

Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO, challenging thinking and shaping decisions
Turn strategy into action: define priorities, break them down and make sure they move forward
Help build a scalable growth model by increasing performance, speed and execution quality
Help define and sharpen our core product narratives (e.g. treatments, routines, “skincare for nails”)
Identify bottlenecks and remove them
Work closely with Product and Marketing to shape how our products are positioned, launched and scaled
Step into critical topics hands-on when needed - no “that’s not my job” mindset
Work closely with the VP Finance & Operations to steer key KPIs, forecasts and budgets
Prepare and drive key CEO and leadership moments (meetings, decisions, follow-ups)

Dein Profil

5+ years in high-performance environments (e.g. consulting, high-growth start-up/scale-up)
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of financial drivers (ideally finance background)
Strong sense for product, brand and consumer - you understand what makes people buy
You think in outcomes, not tasks - and take full ownership of results
You are highly structured, but not rigid - you bring clarity without slowing things down
You are hands-on and execution-driven
You have strong communication skills and can align different stakeholders
You are fluent in German and English
