Senior Performance Marketing Manager
In this role, you’ll bring your extensive experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies, and take responsibility for complex client projects as well as cross-team processes.

Your profile- You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in paid social/performance marketing, ideally at an agency or in a digital environment
- Excellent skills in designing, managing, and analyzing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- You have strong analytical skills, think holistically, and know how to translate complex relationships into clear strategies and actionable recommendations
- You have a deep understanding of marketing KPIs, customer journeys, and cross-channel performance relationships
- Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and, if applicable, attribution or dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics)
- You demonstrate self-motivation, leadership qualities, and the ability to take ownership of projects-even within interdisciplinary teams
- You enjoy mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge in a structured manner
- You identify opportunities, enjoy testing new approaches, and take a data- and hypothesis-driven approach
- Organization, clear communication, and a structured work style come naturally to you
Your tasks- Strategic development, implementation, and optimization of paid social and SEA campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Google
- Independent management of client projects, including strategic consulting, media planning, budget management, and KPI tracking
- Creation and refinement of targeted performance strategies in collaboration with our clients
- Analysis and evaluation of our content, and translating insights into actionable learnings for our creative teams
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of ongoing campaigns based on performance data and market analyses
- Establishment and maintenance of an efficient reporting infrastructure, e.g., through live dashboards
- A catalyst for innovation within the team: You introduce new platforms, formats, or tools and actively drive testing concepts forward
- Close collaboration with colleagues from other departments (e.g., Content, Design, SEO, Analytics)
- Supporting team building and internal knowledge management, including knowledge transfer and internal training
