Service technician (m/f/d)
Your profile
- You have completed technical training, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in technical customer support or service.
- You are willing to travel frequently from Monday to Thursday and in exceptional cases until Friday; weekend work is the exception.
- You have a structured and independent approach to work.
- You think in a customer-oriented way and have a professional manner.
- You have a Class B driver’s license.
Your tasks:
- Performing maintenance, repairs and commissioning of our machines at our customers’ sites
- Independent troubleshooting and fault rectification on our machines and systems
- Documentation of the work performed and feedback to the technical department
- Documentation of the work performed and feedback to the technical department
- Collaboration in our mechanical engineering department when no customer assignments are required
