Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)

- Lead the frontend development of the Formbricks XM Suite
- Work together with a small but growing team of talented engineers
- Tackle complex engineering challenges
- Research, document and communicate architectural decisions
- Get your hands dirty in the code, making sure everything is clean, scalable, and built to last. You'll set the bar for your team's tech decisions.
- Be a central point of contact for others to drive collaboration and unblock when needed
- Ensure the team follows best practices (e.g. DRY) while pushing the product forward
- Hop on 1:1 meetings to tackle individual topics and bottlenecks
- At least 5 years of experience in software development in a product / SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of tech and solid knowledge in TypeScript. We use React and Next.js as our main frameworks.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern web architecture principles, ensuring scalable, reliable & performant solutions.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and keep your team and stakeholders informed with consistent, proactive updates.
- Excitement about how AI-based coding tools and agents increase productivity and speed up shipping.
- Passion for great design and creating fast, seamless user experiences, with a focus on browser performance and page speed optimization.
- Knowledge of design patterns, applying them when they make sense to deliver practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing velocity with high-quality outcomes.
- Ambitious and driven to push boundaries while maintaining an eye for detail and delivering results.
- Ability to bring fun and inspiration to the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment where creativity and ownership thrive.
