Clarification of complex individual enquiries and special cases in the international payroll environment
Close cooperation with related departments such as Global Mobility and international interfaces
Analysis of process deviations and handling of exceptions and complaints
Initiation, support and implementation of process changes and new payroll processes
Communicating new or adapted processes to internal stakeholders and clients
Collaborating on the further development of operational processes together with department heads, process architects and the Quality Management department
Ensuring and maintaining process documentation as well as creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Independently processing payroll statements

Ihr Profil

Your requirements are:

Commercial training or degree (e.g. business administration, economics); Further training in finance, payroll, tax or social security law is an advantage
Enjoy working in an international environment
Several years of experience in payroll accounting, payroll or related areas
Knowledge of international payroll or process management issues is desirable
Project/process experience in HR or finance is an advantage
Experience with SAP HR or comparable payroll systems
Good knowledge of tax and social security law
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong communication skills and confident manner
