Deine Aufgaben- Du übernimmst die vorbereitende Buchhaltung, das operative Controlling, unser Kostenstellenmanagement und vor allem: die Kommunikation mit unseren Teams und unserem Steuerbüro.
- Projekt-Deckungsbeiträge, Forecasts, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche: Du baust Prozesse und Strukturen auf und prägst, wie Finance bei C&C funktioniert.
- Du automatisierst repetitive Finance-Prozesse mit AI-Tools und Agents.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründer*innen zusammen: Mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum und der Möglichkeit, dich langfristig weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du hast mind. 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Controlling und/oder Buchhaltung im Agenturumfeld.
- Du bist stark in Daten: Du kannst sie strukturieren und daraus Entscheidungen ableiten.
- Du denkst unternehmerisch: Du siehst Probleme, schlägst Lösungen vor, denkst drei Schritte voraus.
- Im Idealfall hast du MOCO-Erfahrung aber auf jeden Fall Bock auf AI & Agents als echtes Werkzeug.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und Englisch gut.
- Ein Team so heiß wie Frittenfett.

Your tasks- You take ownership of preparatory accounting, operational controlling, cost center management and most importantly: communication with our teams and tax office.
- Project contribution margins, forecasts, budget vs. actuals: you build processes and structures from the ground up and shape how finance works at C&C.
- You automate repetitive finance processes using AI tools and agents.
- You work closely with the founders - with real ownership and the opportunity to grow long-term.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in controlling and/or accounting in an agency environment.
- You're strong with data: you can structure it and turn it into decisions.
- You think entrepreneurially: you spot problems, propose solutions and think three steps ahead.
- Ideally you have experience with MOCO - but most importantly you're genuinely excited about AI & agents as a real working tool.
- You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English.
- A team as hot as fresh fries.
