Responsibilities: Requirements
- Lead and support after-sales projects across the company’s product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.
- Collaborate closely with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to continuously enhance and optimize the after-sales service offering.
- Work in close coordination with the local Service Manager to ensure effective support during the launch of new service initiatives, including planning and execution of all relevant activities.
- Monitor and validate all prerequisites and essential steps required for the successful rollout of each program, ensuring readiness prior to go-live.
- Oversee program timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
- Participate actively in all testing procedures to ensure thorough and effective validation processes.
- Lead the transfer and implementation of processes within the sales units, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Extensive experience in project management
- Solid professional experience in After Sales, Service Coordination, or Technical Customer Support
- Strong command of the English language
- Willingness to travel in accordance with business requirements
- Experience in working with data analytics platforms, ideally with Qlik Sense
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
