Ihre Aufgaben
- The Working Student supports the iQSA LAT Process Management team in developing, documenting, and improving processes across LAT.
- Key tasks include coordinating workshops, maintaining process models in ProX, supporting KPI and data analysis, and ensuring proper record and action tracking.
- The role also assists in administering ProX and acts as deputy for IQSMS tasks, helping maintain system accuracy.
- Additionally, the student contributes to communication, training, and daily operational support to strengthen Process Management maturity in LAT.
Ihr Profil
- enrolled in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality or similar field
- strong interest in Process/Quality/Safety Management
- proactive, structured, and eager to learn
- excellent human‑relationship and communication skills
- strong analytical abilities
- reliable and independent working style
- very good English and German skills
- confident with MS Office
- familiarity with BPM or process modeling tools is an advantage
- comfortable working in international environment and collegues
