Your responsibilities
As a Test Manager (f/m/x) Sales & Service CRM, you will ensure the quality and compliance of our CRM solutions across Sales and Service at Sysmex Europe. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Defining and managing comprehensive test strategies and test plans aligned with DevOps workflows and project requirements
  • Designing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality test cases for functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Coordinating and monitoring test execution, including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and reporting of test results
  • Collaborating closely with development, product, and operations teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Driving continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, automation approaches, and quality metrics
  • Supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in accordance with ISO 13485, including risk-based validation planning, documentation, evidence collection, and audit readiness
  • Contributing to the design of Sales and Service processes and supporting user story creation and software bug management
  • Leading or supporting ad-hoc projects related to CRM quality assurance and system enhancements
Your profile

  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent organisational skills and a highly analytical and structured way of thinking
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving, and deadline-oriented working style
  • High level of commitment, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Interdisciplinary thinking and a structured approach to complex tasks
  • Strong communication skills and confident argumentation
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Several years of professional experience in an international company and/or international project environments and experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps-based testing or delivery environments are considered an advantage
