Your responsibilities

As a Test Manager (f/m/x) Sales & Service CRM, you will ensure the quality and compliance of our CRM solutions across Sales and Service at Sysmex Europe. Your key responsibilities include:

Defining and managing comprehensive test strategies and test plans aligned with DevOps workflows and project requirements
Designing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality test cases for functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing
Coordinating and monitoring test execution, including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and reporting of test results
Collaborating closely with development, product, and operations teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Driving continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, automation approaches, and quality metrics
Supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in accordance with ISO 13485, including risk-based validation planning, documentation, evidence collection, and audit readiness
Contributing to the design of Sales and Service processes and supporting user story creation and software bug management
Leading or supporting ad-hoc projects related to CRM quality assurance and system enhancements

Profound knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

High level of commitment, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
Interdisciplinary thinking and a structured approach to complex tasks
Strong communication skills and confident argumentation
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Several years of professional experience in an international company and/or international project environments and experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps-based testing or delivery environments are considered an advantage
