We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support our growth and operational excellence.

You’ll act as an internal project owner - taking critical initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to execution and measurable business impact. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support you’ll turn complex challenges into pragmatic, scalable solutions.

YOUR MISSION

Own and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end with a clear business impact, especially on own innovations, changes and optimisations that increase our landlord engagement, satisfaction and listing quality on our marketplace.
Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, timelines, and success metrics
Lead operational customer facing launches of e.g.new offers, features, and operational processes
Use data to identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and measure impact
Define and track meaningful KPIs with Data teams (e.g. Tableau)
Align stakeholders and communicate progress proactively throughout execution
Anticipate risks and adapt execution when needed

YOUR PROFILE

3-4 years of experience in Operations Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or similar roles
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, with a clear business impact
Strong execution focus within a business environment (not only consulting)
Excellent structuring and prioritization skills
Pragmatic, impact-driven mindset
Data-driven and analytically strong
Systems thinker with customer-centric approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership and reliability

Nice to have

Experience in fast-growing or scaling environments
Exposure to marketplaces or operations-heavy businesses
Launch or change management experience
Interest in growing into leadership roles
