-Identify and pursue sales for Automation, Bridge and Energy solutions
-Build and maintain relationships with yards, owners and consultants
-Lead commercial processes from initial inquiry to final negotiation

-Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business
-Proven experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
-Strong understanding of maritime automation or power systems
-Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
-Proactive mindset with high self-motivation and commercial drive
-Excellent communication skills in English and German
-Valid driving license and willingness for regional travel
