From market insight to contract - your strategic impact

-Identify and pursue sales for Automation, Bridge and Energy solutions
-Build and maintain relationships with yards, owners and consultants
-Lead commercial processes from initial inquiry to final negotiation
-Collaborate with HQ experts to tailor systems to customer needs
-Manage budgets, sales forecasts and long-term pipeline planning
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure KM’s leadership
-Promote lifecycle solutions and upgrades for the existing fleet
-Represent Kongsberg Maritime at key industry events and fairs

Your track record - and the mindset to match

-Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business
-Proven experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
-Strong understanding of maritime automation or power systems
-Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
-Proactive mindset with high self-motivation and commercial drive
-Excellent communication skills in English and German
-Valid driving license and willingness for regional travel
