Ihre Aufgaben
- University Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- High analytical and conceptional competence
- Highly motivated to self-responsibly drive topics
- Profound skills in SAP (FI/CO, esp. F0P, COPA, SAC) and MS Office (esp. MS Excel), basic skills in Power BI, fluent in German and English
- Two to three years professional experience in the field of Controlling/ Business Administration - Conduct yearly business planning, monthly reporting, forecasting, ad hoc requests
- Develop and implement appropriate KPIs and install controlling/steering routines
- Support management decision and GHR organizational development by data analytics
- Manage interface to Corporate and other controlling and accounting units
- Develop financial steering models, esp. BSH Global Learning Campus by define and drive business administration processes - Remuneration according to the collective agreement of “Metall- und Elektroindustrie“ (30 days vacation, additional payments)
