As part of our team, you will directly help develop effective digital therapies that improve people's lives. You will be a crucial factor in taking our innovative Digital Therapeutics (DTx) to the next level.

Aufgaben

Actively shape the entire software lifecycle - from requirements and design to implementation, quality assurance, and successful deployment
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code for our DTx platforms
Utilize state-of-the-art AI tools and Agentic AI coding as a productivity boost
Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve our core software and databases
Ensure the highest standards for quality, data security, and compliance in close collaboration with QA
Actively identify and implement optimization potential in our software and development processes

Anforderungen

You are a developer at heart with a strong drive for impact - bringing solid experience and a deep commitment to building technology that helps improve health at scale.

Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience
Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Hands-on experience with AI tools and Agentic AI coding is a big plus
Pronounced analytical mindset and systematic problem-solving skills
You work both independently and highly collaboratively in a team environment
Strong proficiency in English required, German language skills are an advantage
