Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Sunst is a Berlin-based design studio operating at the intersection of culture, brand and space.

We create immersive environments, spatial brand experiences and large-scale activations for global brands. Our work translates cultural relevance into physical form - from conceptual development to final execution. We operate lean, ambitious and hands-on.

As a Senior Project Manager at Sunst, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of global brand experiences.

You will work in close partnership with Creative Direction to translate high-level design concepts into structured, executable project plans. You operate as the structural backbone of the project, ensuring that the creative intent is realized through every layer of execution on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Scope of Responsibility

Project Leadership

1. Own project timelines, budgets and overall delivery structure
2. Translate creative concepts into executable project roadmaps
3. Define milestones, production phases and resource allocation
4. Proactively manage risks and solve problems before they escalate

Client Interface

1. Act as senior point of contact for brand stakeholders
2. Lead status meetings, align expectations and manage approvals
3. Ensure clarity between creative ambition and operational feasibility

Internal Orchestration

1. Coordinate designers, producers, external partners and vendors
2. Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration
3. Maintain transparency across teams and leadership

Production Oversight

1. Oversee fabrication, technical planning and installation phases
2. Ensure quality control and on-site excellence
3. Protect the integrity of the original creative vision throughout execution

Who You Are

1. 5+ years experience in experiential, spatial or brand-focused environments
2. You have delivered complex multi-stakeholder projects before
3. You understand how cultural brands operate
4. You are structured without being rigid
5. You can operate under pressure while staying calm and solution-oriented
6. You know when to push back - and when to move forward
7. You communicate clearly, confidently and precisely
8. You combine strategic thinking with operational discipline.
