You will be part of the Engine Services Sales Strategy Team where we work with our worldwide sales teams to serve our international customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product owners, and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer engagement
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the sales strategy and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Find improvements opportunities in processes related to sales, design potential solutions, and implement required changes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the sales strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to understand the target market and competitors

Fascination and enthusiasm surrounding the topics of aviation, engines, and sustainability are the key to unlocking the door to our international and dynamic team.

Studies in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or comparable fields desirable
Practical experience before or during studies desirable
Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Experience designing presentations, especially in marketing or sales environments, desirable
Experience with PowerBI or similar business analytics platform desirable
Very good English and good German language skills in both spoken and written form
Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
