Head of Growth (m/f/x) - Surplus Magazin GmbH
We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our team as soon as possible and take responsibility for driving and scaling our growth across international markets and products.
Position DetailsThe position comprises, depending on availability, 20-39 hours per week and is initially limited to 12 months, with the option of extension by mutual agreement. The role can be performed partially remotely; regular presence in our Berlin office is welcome.
Ihr Profil Your Responsibilities- End-to-end responsibility for growth initiatives across markets, products and channels
- Conceptualising, implementing and reporting on growth experiments and initiatives
- Active contribution to the overall growth strategy, especially with regard to international expansion
- Identifying, validating and developing new growth channels and revenue streams
- Several years of practical experience in growth, digital business, or related fields; preferably specialized in subscription-based business models
- Strong analytical and business mindset with experience in scaling digital products or services
- Solid understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion optimisation, and retention mechanics; experience with international markets or market entry strategies is a plus
- Creativity in developing and testing new growth ideas
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Strong interest in mission-driven and impact-oriented projects
- A strong understanding of the Surplus brand
- Fluency in Business English; German is a plus
