Product Manager (f/m/x) Immuno- and Clinical Chemistry
Your responsibilities - Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management of products related to Sysmex’ Immuno and Clinical Chemistry business within the EMEA region.
- Plan and conduct product launch activities, coordination and communication, product setup process and documentation support.
- Provide 2nd level support to affiliates and distributors and act as a key liaison with Sysmex Corporation and 3rd parties, focusing specifically on product related aspects.
- Manage topics related to local product registrations, coordinate internal and external product verification/ validation projects.
- Support affiliates and distributors with pre-sales support, product demonstrations and training (including at end-user side).
- Conduct advanced product trainings covering product strategy, positioning and segmentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, RA/QA, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Degree in natural sciences, medical science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD technologies.
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, with a strong focus on product marketing, product management, or sales; deep knowledge of the Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD market is required.
- Strong ability of cross-functional communication in an international environment.
- A creative, hands-on team player with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English; another language is a plus.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, results-oriented working style.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 20%).
