Product Manager (f/m/x) Immuno- and Clinical Chemistry

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management of products related to Sysmex’ Immuno and Clinical Chemistry business within the EMEA region.
Plan and conduct product launch activities, coordination and communication, product setup process and documentation support.
Provide 2nd level support to affiliates and distributors and act as a key liaison with Sysmex Corporation and 3rd parties, focusing specifically on product related aspects.
Manage topics related to local product registrations, coordinate internal and external product verification/ validation projects.
Support affiliates and distributors with pre-sales support, product demonstrations and training (including at end-user side).
Conduct advanced product trainings covering product strategy, positioning and segmentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, RA/QA, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Your profile

Degree in natural sciences, medical science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD technologies.
5+ years of healthcare industry experience, with a strong focus on product marketing, product management, or sales; deep knowledge of the Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD market is required.
Strong ability of cross-functional communication in an international environment.
A creative, hands-on team player with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English; another language is a plus.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, results-oriented working style.
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 20%).
